Clinical Audit- Measuring Success

Nutritional Therapy combines a range of approaches in enabling clients to improve health and well-being. We take our work very seriously and use clinical audit to measure how successful Nutritional Programmes are. In practice this means that we use a range of clinical tools and feedback processes to find out our strengths and help us improve the service. These include:

'MyMop' -  Measure Yourself Medical Outcome Profile

MyMop is a brief patient centred questionnaire which helps clients to identify their main problems and score how these affect them.  We complete a MyMop as part of  Initial Assessment and repeat after a period of time to measure difference in symptoms and quality of life . MyMop was developed by a former GP to help measure the effectiveness of Complementary Therapies and is a really useful tool for most nutritional programmes. Other questionnaires are used where appropriate.

Annual Survey

Each February we send every current and former client an invitation to complete a quick online survey and offer feedback and suggestions about our work

End of programme feedback

In our experience it is sometimes difficult to give full feedback whilst undergoing active work and at a time when you may be quite unwell. All clients of Change Nutrition are therefore sent an optional feedback form at the end of their programme to enable them to give honest feedback.
