Taster Sessions at 'Goddess of Wellbeing'
I'm delighted to have been asked to take part in the next Diosa Delicious event "Goddess of Wellbeing" this month. The last one of these special nights, 'Goddess of Chocolate',was amazing and featured on Heston Blumental's Feasts programme on Channel 4 - I have tasted the fabulous raw chocolate you see on the programme by ChocChick myself - highly recommended!
The Diosa Delicious Events are designed to nurture the 'inner goddess' whilst relaxing with like-minded women....an opportunity to take some time out and think about mind, body, spirit while learning something new in a relaxed and stylish environment. The Goddess of Wellbeing Event is scheduled for the evening of 21st April, 6-9pm at MyHotel in Jubilee Street, Brighton.

and of course, Nutrition
I'll be there all evening offering tips and strategies on how to use nutrition to boost energy and manage stress and there will be some tasty snacks to try on the night too! It's going to be a fantastic event.
The cost for the evening is just £15 including the taster sessions, a glass of wine and nibbles.
