Beetroot a wonder vegetable

Beetroot is high in dietary fibre and comes in numerous colours including yellow and white.
They are associated with lower blood pressure, improved blood flow and an uptake in exercise performance.

Folate, vitamin B9, is known for being important in cell function and normal tissue growth, whilst the iron contributes to the transportation of oxygen in red blood cells.

A great nitrate and fibre rich vegetable.
